Listing Promotion for Property Owners

No setup fee and no subscription for the first 2 months. Choose 10% of reservations generated through IPM or an agreed guaranteed nightly rate.

From month 3, the $40 monthly subscription is deducted from IPM-generated revenue whenever possible. If IPM does not generate enough revenue to cover it, the owner is not charged out of pocket.

Review results at the start of month 3 and end the service at no cost if it is not providing enough value. IPM does not take commission on reservations you generate independently.
